Located in the heart of Frederick’s historic district, this 8-unit apartment building underwent a complete interior transformation to enhance modern living while preserving its historic charm. Our redesign focused on optimizing space efficiency and introducing contemporary finishes, seamlessly blending old and new. The exterior remained true to its original character, with all windows and doors meticulously restored or replaced with period-accurate replicas. Additionally, the deteriorating rear porch and patio were fully rebuilt, reviving their historic beauty and functionality. This renovation honors the building’s past while ensuring its future as a comfortable and stylish residence.
