This client wanted a cozy screened in porch attached to the rear of a single-family residential property. Contemporary farmhouse style was the inspiration for the overall design. The floor plan shows the 200 square foot flagstone patio that was attached to this single-family home. It features a hanging bench and overhead fans for comfort during the hot months of the summer.
